Spent the morning at Little Friends Foundation talking to the shelter manager about the open part time position.
Then I stayed for like two hours meeting all the new goobers from last time I was there.
Up top is Raven, she’s a pocket pitty at about 30lbs, 3 years old, a saggy belly and SUCH a little love. She was rescued from our local kill shelter just 5 days ago, and was set to be euthanized the next morning.
Down below we have Blaze! He’s very underweight at about 35lbs, tall, and very very skinny. He came to LFF three days ago, and was rescued 2 days before euthanasia. He came to the shelter as a stray, but had a microchip. unfortunately when the owners were contacted they no longer wanted him. Blaze then survived 2 months at the kill shelter, which is pretty much the max amount of time they get there, and then was rescued just in time! he’s a shy guy, a little timid, but a great temperament. He prances everywhere he goes.
