i’m awkward at best.

i somehow managed to hit 200 followers, so like thanks and shit. 

little intro for anyone that cares:

my name is Lara, i’ll be 25 this month. I had a 5 yr old pit dropped into my lap a few years ago (unfortunately, she now lives in TX) and i fell in love with the breed. since then i have been volunteering with any rescue that will have me, with any breed. 

I have a 1 year old dog named Petrie, but is mostly called Peter. he was rescued off the streets of Taiwan and is what’s known as a Formosan Mountain Dog mix, i also have two naughty orange cats. 

i live in las vegas, i work at a vets office, and just started a second job at a new, small, no kill shelter that focuses a lot on pit bulls. i’ll be training, and socializing the dogs. hopefully i’ll be able to get my own place and go back to fostering soon. 

other than that, i’ll tell you up front that i ramble a lot and tend to be more offensive than most.
